The famous developer with good reputation CF Jacobs has begun the building of new dwelling complex of condominiums.
The complex, which was named Baptisé le Domaine du Riverain, will be build in three stages. Baptisé le Domaine du Riverain in general consist of the houses type like sixplex and huitplex.
Altogether there will be build 150 units of dwelling realty.
Potential buyers can visit the first condos as early as Septemper 2009 year.
Measurement of the flats are from 1071 square foots in the apartments 4 1 / 2 and from 1175 – in the condo 5 1 / 2.
This dwelling complex is situates in the center of the city Chateauguay, near Montreal. At this moment Baptisé le Domaine du Riverain is the only new condominium project.
